Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. General Policy

All fees paid for Kyur Services are generally non-refundable. By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that AI integration work involves significant upfront research, architecture planning, and resource allocation. We begin work immediately upon project confirmation, and therefore refunds are not automatically granted for change of mind or business decisions.

2. Project-Based Work

For fixed-scope projects, deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If Kyur is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to circumstances within our control, we will, at our sole discretion, either complete the remaining work or issue a pro-rata refund for undelivered portions. No refund is due where delays or non-delivery result from client failure to provide required information, access, or approvals.

3. Retainer & Subscription Services

Monthly retainer and subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your retainer at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused days or partial months.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Notwithstanding the above, Kyur reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: demonstrable failure on our part to perform the Services, duplicate billing errors, or where required by applicable consumer protection law. Any such refund will be processed via the original payment method and may take up to fourteen (14) business days to appear.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to suspend your account and all associated Services immediately. We encourage direct communication - most issues can be resolved quickly without recourse to card issuer disputes.

6. Cooling-Off Period (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right for certain distance contracts. However, by submitting an intake form or otherwise expressly requesting that work begin before the cooling-off period expires, you acknowledge and agree that the Services are commenced with your consent and that your right to cancel may be limited accordingly.

7. Contact

For any refund enquiries, please contact us directly at christian@kyur.tech. We aim to respond within two (2) business days.
