How We Price

Your first engagement with Kyur is a scoped project. We assess complexity during intake: number of AI touchpoints, data integrations, custom tooling, and infrastructure requirements. A fixed project fee is agreed before work begins. This fee covers architecture, build, testing, and go-live support. No hourly guessing. No surprise invoices.

After go-live, most clients move to a monthly retainer. The retainer covers: platform monitoring, model drift management, prompt refinement, new feature rollout, security patches, and priority support. Retainer tiers are determined by the number of active AI workflows, API call volume, and required response-time SLAs. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' notice.

New integrations, additional AI models, or expanded scope outside the retainer are quoted as mini-projects. Each add-on is scoped, priced, and approved before execution. Retainer clients receive preferential pricing on add-on work.

All payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Project fees are typically invoiced in two instalments: 50% on agreement, 50% on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. We accept all major cards and SEPA direct debit where available. All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT where applicable.
